Fresh red pomelo sold whole. Peel away thick rind, remove pith, then enjoy segments fresh or use in salads, desserts or fresh juice. Store whole fruit in a cool, dry, ventilated place or refrigerate, and once cut keep refrigerated and consume within 3–5 days for best freshness.
